What we do

We’ve been proudly serving Bondi locals the freshest seafood since 1996. Today, customers trek from all over the eastern suburbs, whether it be for an Easter or Christmas feast, or simply a Sunday night fish and chips.
Find our fresh packaged fish on the shelves of responsible food markets like Harris Farm Markets, Supabarn, Thomas Dux, IGA stores, Wholefoods House, Foodworks and SPAR Supermarkets.

Why we do it

We extend our passion for Fresh Seafood to consumers. We believe the attraction is in the fresh catch and that’s all because we’re at the Sydney Fish Markets every day. We also receive interstate deliveries and imported seafood on a daily basis.

How we do it

All fish is filleted by our resident fishmonger who has been with us since day one. His team work tirelessly to prepare the fish daily and in small batches to maintain maximum freshness.
